Appointment Reminders

When booking an appointment please make sure you make a note of the time and date so it is in your diary.

If you booked your appointment two working days or more in advance, you will receive an appointment reminder by text the day before and this text will include the option to cancel your appointment if you don’t need it anymore.

We would encourage patients to download the NHS App so that you can view all of your NHS (GP and hospital) appointments in one place, as well as booking and cancelling appointments, requesting repeat prescriptions, viewing test results and now you can also review your medical records.
